Basil Hayden Sr. began distilling his Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in 1796 using his own mash based on what he had on hand. Unconstrained by the rules of traditional bourbon, he discovered what we now call “high-rye”.

I’m wondering if I’m crazy for being the only reviewer that isn’t raving about this cheese. Cheese is my favorite food. ALL types of cheese. I’m eating this one alongside their Trufflehive variety. That one is good, better texture and flavor. This, boring.
Love this cheese, tried it as a sampler and I’m in love. I appreciate it being made with vegetarian rennet as well.
