Since cheese is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we will send replacement product at no cost to you if the order was placed within the last 30 days and is unsuitable for any of the following reasons:
It can take up to 7 business days to receive your replacement order.
If replacement of the product is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The customer should receive the payment refund within two-weeks.
To initiate a replacement or refund, email email@example.com. Please include your order number, name, email used during purchase, and reason for the replacement. We respond to order inquiries Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm MST.
