Higher Ground Cocktail


  • 1 1/2 ounces Basil Haydens Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Amontillado Sherry
  • 1/2 ounce Averna Amaro
  • 1/4 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters from Honest John Bitters


Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass. Add large ice cube and stir to dilute/combine. Garnish with an orange peel and Luxardo cherries. Pair with a thin slice of Pour Me A Slice.
