Shipping Information

At Beehive Cheese, we make every effort to ensure that your cheese arrives in the best possible condition. If you are not satisfied, we'll make it right.

We do everything possible to get your ice-filled, perishable shipment to its destination as quickly and as inexpensively as possible.

Here are the 5 things you need to know:

  1. Please allow up to 2 business days before your order is processed for shipment.
  2. Shipments can only be delivered Tuesday-Friday. For Tuesday delivery, please select Overnight Service. We currently do not offer delivery scheduling on our website. Sorry, we cannot ship outside the U.S. Because cheese is perishable, we cannot ship to international military bases either. 
  3. Your package may come via UPS or USPS. A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox when we pack your order. If appropriate, please communicate the tracking info to the giftee so they can get it in their fridge ASAP. Also, did you leave a gift a message in the cart field? Make sure you tell them who sent the gift.
  4. Our cheese spends most of its life aging at a balmy 55 degrees. If your cheese arrives a little warm with melted ice packs, it’s totally fine. As long as it’s free of excessive moisture and oil in the packaging, it is fine. I repeat, it is fine. 
  5. Lastly, we will always take care of our customers, even if UPS or the Postal Service bungles your delivery and misses their guarantee. We will make it right. Call or email us and we’ll be ready to jump in and solve the problem.

        Shipping to Multiple Addresses

        We can't do multiple addresses in one transaction right now. Either complete each transaction separately or call us during business hours at 801.476.0900 to ship to multiple addresses in one payment transaction.  

        P.O. Boxes

        Shipments will arrive via FedEx or USPS. Please use a physical shipping address; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

        Free shipping on all orders over $75

        That's right, from now on Beehive Cheese will offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website totaling $75 or more.
