Fall Apple Walnut Smoked Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Salad:
4 ounces Apple Walnut Smoked shredded
1/ 5 ounce container of fresh baby spinach
2 cups thinly sliced sprouts
2 apples, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped walnuts
Maple vinaigrette:
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Whisk vinaigrette ingredients together in bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Combine Brussels sprouts and apples with 2 tablespoons of dressing in a large bowl and marinate for 5 minutes. Combine all other ingredients in bowl with apples and sprouts. Add more dressing to taste. Serve and enjoy!
