Ingredients For cheese: 2 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese softened at room temperature 1 1/2 cups Beehive Promontory rubbed with chives (shredded) 1 package Boursin cheese shallot and chive 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder A few dashes Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons chopped green onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper For rolling mix: 1/4 cup crumbled bacon 1/4 cup Beehive Promontory rubbed with chive (optional) 2 tablespoons chopped green onion Directions Mix all cheese ingredients together. Form into a ball shape and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill overnight. Mix rolling ingredients all together. Roll cheese ball in toppings. Ready to serve with crackers (for spreading).
