    This is so good! A favorite. I wish this wasn’t limited as it sold out at my local stores (yes I checked for miles) quickly. I’ve had truffle cheese and it’s a favorite of mine but the texture of this particular one is by far the best. I would buy this year round and judging by how quickly it sold out for miles around me I don’t think I’m the only one. I did charcuterie with mine and Mac n cheese. Fantastic in both! Please, I’m begging, make this a regular unlimited item!

    Amazingly creamy and pairs well with meat

    First time trying a cheese from this company, and they blew me away. The aged white cheddar mixed with the truffle gives it a really nice creamy and strong cheese flavor from the cheddar itself. Going to have to get more from the store next time I go to visit.
