One 12-oz wedge is enough for a couple grilled cheese sammies or a party of 12-16 guests. Wedges in original packaging have a 3 month shelf life. The 5 lb quarter wheel is perfect for large parties and weddings.

    You're website said you only shipped out on Wednesday and Mondays. I ordered on a Wednesday morning, paid 2 day shipping so it would be delivered before Christmas. They received it 2 days after Christmas. So I paid for it to be delivered standard 7-10 day. Super disapointing. Will never do that again.

    Barely Buzzed Delicious Cheese

    Excellent cheese and very responsive customer service. My first order showed sent but UPS never updated. I sent an email inquiry and a new order was shipped and received before Christmas. I would have never thought of a cheese gift but my niece loves Barely Buzzed and it was a great addition to her Christmas gifts. Thank you!

    A perennial favorite , a cheese like none other!

    I discovered this cheese at a winery in Napa. Fell in love with it and saved the label.
    I then contacted beehive cheese and I have been ordering not only Barely Buzzed but many other gift baskets.
    Each gift basket has prime and splendid items - even the accompanying Victory Knox knives are great!
    This time I went straight for my favorites and they arrived, like always, expertly packed and promptly.

    Perfectly Delicious Espresso Flavor Notes

    I tried this cheese in a local store and then bought some of the larger size from Beehive Cheese. It is so flavorful and the perfect addition to a cheese board for the holidays. I highly recommend it. You and your guests will be impressed.
