    Perfectly Delicious Espresso Flavor Notes

    I tried this cheese in a local store and then bought some of the larger size from Beehive Cheese. It is so flavorful and the perfect addition to a cheese board for the holidays. I highly recommend it. You and your guests will be impressed.

    A Delicious Favorite

    I have tried most Beehive varieties and love them all, but this is the one I keep coming back to again and again. It is so unique and delicious. Whether sliced onto a tray with crackers and other nibbles or melted into nachos or grilled cheese or any pasta dish, this is a superb cheese that I always have handy. It freezes quite well, also. I get anxious when I'm running low on my stash of Barely Buzzed.

    This is my go to cheese to pair with wine - love it. Do wish you still sold the smaller 4 oz. packages. I would buy the same amount - it is just simpler to manage.

    Simply the best cheese

    If you have never had any of these cheeses I can recommend them all, I have told multiple people about these cheeses and will often gift them and the recipients allways say how good the cheese is.
