Queen Bee Porcini is a cheese fit for royalty and the world agrees. Last year this savory stunner won Super Gold at World Cheese awards in Spain making it the best American cheese for 2021. Not too shabby, right?! 

What does it taste like?

We start with our buttery cheddar and elevate the savory, earthy notes during the aging process with a little help from porcini mushrooms imported from Italy. The crushed dried porcinis are rubbed on the exterior of the cheese making it a total umami-bomb once it’s aged to perfection.
