When we got this cheese as a gift, we held off cos, what do you even do with this sort of cheese besides putting it with some meets? Oh man, were we wrong. We cubed it and put it in salads, we grated it over fresh pasta, it was the cheese over our French onion soup. We had other beehive cheeses gifted to us and this one we used RIGHT up and then went to the store to buy more.

This is great cheese! Just wonderful!

We have tasted all of the Beehive cheese varieties, and this is hands down our favorite. More umami present shouts out “Pair me with a great red wine!” We are thinking a solid Cabernet or a Petit Syrah. What do you think? We will continue to enjoy while you work on your next miracle.

I too found this cheese after they won the best cheese in the USA. Ordered it for Christmas with family. Folks who processed the order were very friendly and kind (important these days). But the cheese...oh the cheese, was simply excellent. It was a hit at our dinner.

This cheese is amazing! It is the first time I ever tried Beehive cheese and I’m a fan. My husband and I have a snack of cheese and crackers each afternoon…what a wonderful treat!
