Seahive cheese logged rolled in dried edible flowers


  • 2 cups shredded Seahive
  • 1 8 oz softened cream cheese 
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 2 tbs chopped green onion 
  • Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce 
  • Chopped fresh herbs, chives, basil, parsley 
  • Dried edible flowers 
  • Chopped walnuts 


  1. In mixing bowl combine cream cheese, shredded Seahive, seasonings, green onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form into log, and let sit overnight.  Before serving, roll in fresh herbs, dried flowers and nuts. Serve with your favorite charcuterie board goodies!
