In a small sauté pan add oil, shallots and garlic. Sauté on low heat until translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.
Roll out pizza until about 1/4 inch thick. Add oil to sauté pan and place flattened dough in hot pan. Lightly brown on both sides and remove from heat and place on cookie sheet.
Spread cheese on dough and add zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, shallots and garlic.
Broil until Cheese is melted and crust is browned and crisp. Remove from oven and sprinkle fresh basil on top and squeeze fresh lemon over top.
