Grilled cheese with arugula, pickled sweet peppers, and Italian sausage


  • Queen Bee Porcini, shredded 
  • Cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • Pickled sweet red peppers 
  • Arugula 
  • 2 slices of Italian bread 
  • Softened butter 


In a sauté pan over medium heat add one slice of generously buttered bread, butter side down. Top with shredded Queen Bee Porcini, sausage, peppers, arugula, and more cheese. Top with the other slice of buttered bread, butter side up. Sauté on both sides until bread is golden brown and crispy and the cheese melted.
