Camper sprinkles shredded cheddar cheese on a pizza dough cooking on a small grill


  • 2-3 cups shredded Pour Me A Slice 
  • Prepared pizza dough 
  • Vegetable oil 
  • Sliced deli pastrami 
  • Chopped green onion

Horseradish thousand island dressing (recipe follows) 

  • 1 cup Mayo 
  • 2 tbs  dill relish 
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbs prepared horseradish 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 

Combine all ingredients in bowl and set aside. 


  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Roll out dough to desired size. Make sure to oil both sides. Place dough on grill and close lid.
  3. When side down is crisp and grilled flip over and spread dressing on top.
  4. Add cheese and top with pastrami. Cook until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is crispy and brown. Remove from grill and sprinkle with green onion. Slice immediately and watch that cheese pull!
