Pulled pork cheese dip in a skillet served with sliced baguette


  • 2-3 cups shredded Pour Me A Slice 
  • 1 8 oz whipped plain cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce 
  • 1 cup leftover pulled pork 
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion 
  • Sliced fresh jalapeño 


  1. Heat BBQ to medium heat or oven to 400.
  2. In a cast iron skillet spread cream cheese into the bottom until evenly.
  3. Pour bbq sauce on top and spread . Sprinkle pulled pork on top and then top with cheese.
  4. Cook until cheese is melted and bubbling.  Remove from heat and add red onion and jalapeño slices. Serve immediately with sliced baguette or crackers!
