Preheat oven to 400. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry to make slightly bigger. Spread half the cranberry sauce all over pastry sheet. Sprinkle with half the cheese, apple and pecans. Roll the sheet of dough into a long cylinder. Then cut the long piece of dough into two pieces through the length of the pastry. Press the cut ends and twist those pieces individually and set aside. Repeat process with the other sheet of dough. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Coil the 4 pieces of dough to make a circle. Brush beaten egg mixed with a little water on to the dough. Bake 15-20 minutes or until dough is crispy and brown. Perfect for sharing at your holiday table!!
