In a large bowl combine cream cheese, green onion, onion and garlic powder, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix with hand mixer or large standing mixer until well combined. Add cheese and incorporate well. Form into ball by hand and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
On a plate or pie tin add remaining shredded cheese, bacon, pecans, cranberries, and chives. Mix together well. Remove cheeseball from fridge and roll in dry ingredients until well coated. Serve with your favorite crackers.
