Herbaceous Cheddar bread loaf

Cheesy Spring Herb Bread

  • 2 cups Seahive small cubes 
  • Pre-made bread dough or your favorite recipe 
  • 2 Tbs softened butter 
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh dill reserve
  • 3 Tbs chopped parsley reserve 
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion


  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spread out bread dough into a triangle. Spread butter all over dough. Mix all herbs together and reserve 1-2 tbs.
  3. Sprinkle the herbs and cheese (reserve 1/4 cup cheese) on dough evenly. Roll dough from short side to make a long piece. Cut in half and braid both halves together.
  4. Place in loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining herbs and cheese then bake 25-30 min until bread is baked through and golden brown. Enjoy warm while cheese is still ooey gooey!
