Barely Buzzed and Blackberry tart
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
2 cups
Barely Buzzed
, shredded
Blackberry Jam
Fresh blackberries
Prosciutto
1 /2 cup Chopped pecans
1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425. Roll out thawed puff pastry, just to even out folds.
Fold sides up and brush with egg wash. Spread jam on pastry and sprinkle with Barely Buzzed.
Bake for 25-30 min. Remove from oven. Place blackberries and prosciutto on top to taste. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve warm.
