Buzzed blackberry tart with cheddar and topped with fresh fruit.


  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed 
  • 2 cups Barely Buzzed, shredded 
  • Blackberry Jam
  • Fresh blackberries 
  • Prosciutto 
  • 1 /2 cup Chopped pecans 
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water 


  1. Preheat oven to 425. Roll out thawed puff pastry, just to even out folds.
  2. Fold sides up and brush with egg wash. Spread jam on pastry and sprinkle with Barely Buzzed.
  3. Bake for 25-30 min. Remove from oven. Place blackberries and prosciutto on top to taste. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve warm.
