Spread of cheese-filled wonton wrappers


  • 1 cup Shredded Big John’s Cajun 
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temp) 
  • 2 Tbs crumbled bacon 
  • 2 Tbs chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder 
  • few dashes of Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 package wonton wrappers 
  • water 
  • vegetable oil 

Honey Mustard Sweet and Sour Sauce (recipe follows)


  1. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, shredded Big John’s Cajun, bacon, green onion, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce until thoroughly mixed and set aside.
  2. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400.
  3. While the Air Fryer is heating up take a wonton wrapper and place a tsp of cream cheese filling in middle. Dip finger in water and rub all four sides of the wrapper with water. Fold the wonton in half then half again. Press firmly on the folded edge to seal properly. Then take the ends of the wrapper and press firmly. To make a “candy” shaped wonton. Make enough until all the cream cheese mixture is used.
  4. Place the wontons in the fryer and brush with vegetable oil. Fry 7-8 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Serve with Honey Mustard Sweet and Sour  Sauce. 


Honey Mustard Sweet and Sour Sauce: 

  • 1/2 cup honey 
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam 
  • 1 Tbs whole grain mustard 
  • 1-2 Tbs hot sauce 
  • few dashes Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1-2 Tbs hot water to thin out sauce
