Grilled panini with bacon, jam, and arugula


  • 12 oz of Big John's Cajun sliced
  • 2-3 slices of cooked bacon, chopped 
  • Apricot jam
  • Arugula
  • Artisan bread sliced
  • Butter


  1. Heat panini press to manufacture's instructions.
  2. Melt butter on press. Place bread slice onto surface, spread apricot jam on bread slice, add cheese, bacon, arugula and place the other bread slice on top. Butter surface and close lid until bread is crisp and cheese is deliciously melted.
