Slices of muffaletta stromboli


  • 1 12 oz Big John’s Cajun Shredded 
  • Store bought prepared pizza dough or your favorite recipe 
  • Sliced ham 
  • Sliced dry salami 
  • 1 cup green olives 
  • 1 cup giardiniera mix 
  • 4 tbs butter melted 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds 
  • 1 tsp dried parsley 


  1. Preheat oven to 400.  
  2. On a chopping board add green olives and giardiniera and chop until finely chopped and set aside.  
  3. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Lightly dust a work surface and roll the dough out to a large rectangle approximately 13×9 inches.
  5. Layer the cheese on the dough leaving about 1/2 inch around the edge. Then place ham over the cheese, and then top with the salami. Sprinkle with olive mix and top with more cheese.
  6. Roll the stromboli up jelly roll style. Tuck the ends inward and continue rolling until the stromboli is sealed.
  7. Arrange the stromboli on the prepared baking sheet seam side down.
  8. Combine melted butter and garlic powder.  Brush the top and sides with the butter. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and parsley.
  9. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for a few minutes before slicing! Enjoy!!
