We have tasted all of the Beehive cheese varieties, and this is hands down our favorite. More umami present shouts out “Pair me with a great red wine!” We are thinking a solid Cabernet or a Petit Syrah. What do you think? We will continue to enjoy while you work on your next miracle.

I too found this cheese after they won the best cheese in the USA. Ordered it for Christmas with family. Folks who processed the order were very friendly and kind (important these days). But the cheese...oh the cheese, was simply excellent. It was a hit at our dinner.

This cheese is amazing! It is the first time I ever tried Beehive cheese and I’m a fan. My husband and I have a snack of cheese and crackers each afternoon…what a wonderful treat!

I ordered this cheese after reading about it winning an award. It is now my favorite cheddar and will be ordering more once some of the cheeses we currently have get consumed! Everyone who has tried it loved it!

A subtle and complex flavor for sure.

The cheese itself is very smooth and has an excellent texture. The flavors complement it very well and the mushroom dusted rinds are excellent snacks.

I set it out at a party and this one was the first cheese gone, so the crowd agrees!
