Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and place a pizza stone in the oven.
Bring a sauté pan to medium heat and add butter, then onions. Cook until just starting to brown. Set aside.
Roll out your pizza dough to about 10' wide and about 1/4' thick.
Drizzle each pizza crust with olive oil. Then top with 1 cup of Teahive, 4 oz of goat cheese, a quarter of the caramelized onions and 9 figs.
Place each pizza on the pizza stone and cook until the crust gets brown and the cheese melts. When you pull out each pizza, finish with fresh fennel and drizzle with honey.
