- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips, melted.
- 1 1/2 cups red wine1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Brown sugar to taste
- Heat milk and cream over medium heat til simmering. Do not boil!!
- While milk is heating, melt chocolate piece on microwave or over a double boiler.
- Remove milk from heat and whisk in chocolate, wine and vanilla.
- Add salt and sugar to taste. Serves 4.
