Curds for kindness

Did you know that we've produced a total of 129,350 pounds of cheese to donate in response to the economic downturn caused by COVID-19. That’s some serious cheddah!

Over the last several weeks, we’ve been a part of a huge effort to help feed Utah and Idaho. We made 119,000 pounds (POUNDS!) of cheese curds for donation thanks to the Curds + Kindness program funded by Dairy West Unbottled. Below is a wrap-up video summarizing the program.

On July 22nd we will be delivering 6,750 pounds of cheese to the Utah Food Bank as part of our own philanthropic effort launched in May, called Project Promontory. Prior to launching the formal Project Promontory campaign, we'd already donated 3,600 pounds of cheese to various local food pantries to meet the immediate and growing threat of food insecurity in community.

Thank you to all of our friends, supply partners, and fellow artisan makers for supporting us through this crazy time. YOU HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN SO MANY LIVES!
