Worth the diet cheat.

I first tried this cheese years back, and to this day I remember that first taste and every recipe I used it up on. A simple tortilla chip plate in the microwave was divine. If I'm going to bother to eat cheese, these cheese blobs are at the top of my list. 100% worth it. I like these even more than the mature cheeses, as delicious as they are.

Not very good

There was no squeak to the cheese curd like there should be, it wasn’t even a curd it was more of a cheese block in the sealed bag, it didn’t have any spice from the pepper. Wasn’t very good. Hope they adopt Katie’s recipe, her stuff is amazing
