Little Ruthie's Ricotta Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded Seahive
  • 2-3 Tbs heavy cream
  • 1/2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbs chopped basil
  • 1 tbs chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Recipe

In a bowl mix ricotta, shredded Seahive and cream. Add all other ingredients and combine well. Serve chilled with crusty bread, a drizzle of olive oil, and more fresh herbs.
