Beehive Cheese Donates 3% of Red Butte Hatch Chile Sales
UINTAH, UT (February 2, 2019) - Red Butte Hatch Chile -- a cheese with a cause! Red Butte Hatch Chile was created with a good cause in mind, the conservation of and study of native Utah plant life. Three percent of sales of this cheese will be donated to Red Butte Garden, a local non-profit botanical garden, located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This year Beehive Cheese donated over $5,000 to the Garden in a continuing effort to further education and promotion of preserving Utah’s natural botanical beauty.

Dear Beehive Cheese,
Thank you for your gift of $5,903.20 to Red Butte Garden’s annual fund.
Your donation ensure that the Garden continues to inspire, spark curiosity, and create hope for the community. Your support makes it possible for the Garden to grow and continue to provide you with a connection to the natural world.
Because of you, more children will discover the world of plants through our educational programs, the Conservation team to be able to venture further throughout Utah to conduct imperative research on native plants, and the Garden will grow and develop more display gardens for you to explore.
Red Butte Garden couldn’t imagine a world without its supporters. Thank you for being a part of the Garden.

Since 2005, Beehive Cheese has been “making friends with cheese”. When you take a bite of Beehive Cheese, it melts like butter in your mouth. That’s because Beehive Cheese is made from the creamiest milk in Utah, meticulously crafted into superior cheese.
“Mika, make a cheese board and write about it!” Katie didn’t have to tell me twice.
